This is the right order to apply your skin care products

Only a few steps are required to create a skin care routine that works.

What is the importance of skin care products ordered?
Your skin’s ability and capacity to absorb the product will be determined by how you apply it.

you should go from the lightest to the heaviest lotions. Start with a very fine, light lotion. Then you can follow that with your cream and, if necessary, a serum.

It’s more complicated than that.

It becomes very specific as to which things can be combined with what. A dermatologist is recommended for those with many products and lots of questions.

How to use skin care products in the right order
First, you don’t really need a medicine chest stocked with rows upon rows of skin care products.

it’s best that you whittle it down and the basics. Most people don’t need more than two products. In general, you don’t need multiple serums, toners, or multiples of one product.

Your morning skin care routine
Get up and shine! Simple, easy skin care is the best way to start your day. For most people, three products are enough.

1. Cleanser
It’s not true, cleansing wipes are not the same as washing your face. They can be useful if you are on the move or need to clean your face quickly. However, it is best to use water for cleansing.

Consider your skin type to determine the right cleanser.  You should avoid foaming cleansers if your skin is dry.

She advises against using cleansers that contain physical exfoliators, such as microbeads, or other gritty-textured products. They can cause irritation and inflammation. She recommends chemical exfoliators with ingredients like glycolic acid. These provide gentler, more even exfoliation.

2. Sunscreen
Sunscreen is the skin care fountain of youth. You might think that you are all set because your moisturizer has SPF. This is not enough to protect your skin.

SPF30 or higher every day of the year even in winter. If you are going to be spending a lot of time outdoors, such as golfing, at the beach, or on the golf course, you should apply SPF 50 or more.

Consider a tinted Mineral sunscreen. It doesn’t have the thick pasty consistency that you might associate with sunscreen for your face.

3. Moisturizer
Your skin becomes more dry with age. Moisturizer can help your skin regain some of its lost moisture.

As you age, you need to replace some moisture that you are losing. To replace some of this moisture, moisturizers with ceramides and hyaluronic acid can be very helpful.

But wait, what about toner!
These astringents can shrink pores. You may need one to reduce pores.

Unfortunately there isn’t any product you can use to your face that will shrink your pores.
