Skin Care Routine to Treat Oily Acne Prone
Acne-prone skin girls can suffer mental pain. Everybody has experienced that moment of despair when they have had to deal with an acne outbreak. To make that one pimple disappear, we can do many things. My years of experience treating acne have taught me that a consistent Daily skincare routine at home using various products will produce better results than relying on a single popular spot treatment. Although you can’t control the appearance of your acne breakouts, your skin can be controlled. Everything, from your lifestyle and eating habits to your sleeping patterns, can affect how your skin reacts. You must take responsibility for your skin’s health and follow a routine.
Skin Care Routine for Oily Acne Prone
Step 1: Cleanse
After much research, I finally bought the Clear Face Cleansing Foam. It was the best product I have ever used. This Cleanser is infused with Montaline C40, a patented antibacterial ingredient that kills bacteria that causes acne. It is a foam product that must be applied and left to work for about 2 minutes. I wouldn’t say I like the Wait Time, the foam being absorbed into my skin, the no-squeaky-clean effect (although it does clean the skin very well), and the occasional slipperiness when rinsing. Still, I love the Cleanser for its incredible effectiveness in treating acne. After a month, the skin is brighter. This product contains very few ingredients. There are no harsh chemicals, parabens, or comedogenic ingredients—the only exceptions to two: are fragrance and phenoxyethanol.
Step 2: Tone
Next is Toning. This step is optional for some people. This step is mandatory for me. This is the most crucial step in acne treatment. Acids are now involved. These are chemical exfoliators. Acids may seem like a recent trend. However, I didn’t know I used one five years ago.
Step 3: Hydrate
I am going to buy the essential aloe vera gel in this category. We don’t want to overwhelm you with too many products for treating acne. I selected a moisturizer to soothe my skin without containing any acne-treating ingredients. A soothing gel is better than any other acne moisturizer, especially since we’re using an exfoliating lotion. This will be your best moisturizer for oily skin unless you have an allergy to aloe vera. Any aloe gel will work. You can choose aloe vera gel, but check the ingredients list to ensure no non-comedogenic components.
Step 4: Protect
Sunscreen is essential to your Skin Care Routine for Oily Acne Prone Skin. It’s not worth wasting all the hard work you have put in. You can ruin all the good things you have done by applying sunscreen. It can cause your skin to become duller, darker, and more sensitive. Don’t forget to apply sunscreen, even if using a chemical exfoliator.
It is vital to find a sunscreen that does not cause skin breakouts. There are many sunscreens on the market, most containing comedogenic chemicals. The SPF50 was the first sunscreen I tried. I found a typical, white-colored, shiny, disco ball-shaped face sunscreen. Incredibly, I used it so diligently. Why? Because it is not addictive and has never caused me to get high.
