Make your masks to pamper your skin after Holi!

These DIY skincare masks are perfect for those who have played Holi all-out. They use natural ingredients to pamper your skin.

Holi is a celebration of colors! It doesn’t matter if you have or have not used a pre-Holi skincare routine; it is worth it to pamper your skin after the festival. What could be better than DIY skincare masks? The irritation of your skin from chemical-laced colors can lead to acne, boils, and other infections.

People participating in Holi festivities should apply coconut/mustard or cold compressed oil before entering the arena. This will prevent harmful chemicals from getting into your skin. This is fine, but sometimes it may not work, and you might have allergies. Ruchita Acharya, the founder of Glow and Green, suggests three easy, colorful, anti-inflammatory masks you can make at home.

Make your DIY skin care products after Holi celebrations.

Turmeric and orange peel

Turmeric adds an anti-inflammatory and antioxidant value to the mix. It helps prevent hyperpigmentation. This ensures that healthy skin cells can be restored. Because of its antibacterial properties, it helps clear skin from acne. It moisturizes the skin, which is another advantage. The powerful results can be achieved when combined with Multani mitti and dried orange peel powder. The paste can be made with almond oil. This turmeric paste should be kept for 10 minutes. After that, rinse it off with the moisturizer, toner, and serum.

Strawberry and clay

Because of their high levels of vitamin C, strawberries are a popular choice for skincare. Alpha hydroxylic acid is found in strawberries, which helps exfoliate skin and eliminate dead cells. They also have ellagic and salicylic acids, which help to improve their anti-inflammatory and antioxidative properties. It helps reduce acne and wrinkle formation by slowing down collagen loss. They can also help nourish the skin by removing excess sebum, which can attract bacteria. The ellagic acid present in Tomatoes contains chemical compounds like lycopene and lutein. These chemicals are all important in skincare. These compounds help treat sunburns, brighten skin, tone skin, shrink pores, and soothe skin with rashes.

* Take the tomato juice out of the tomatoes.

* Combine it with rice flour and water, as necessary.

* Wait for the paste to sit for ten minutes, then rinse it off.

This is a highly effective and beautiful mask. Rice flour works well as an exfoliator.
