Good Morning Face

Around seven in the morning, light pierces through my curtains, though it can sometimes be faint and dim. If I want to get out of bed, I look at the apartments opposite mine, with their closed doors, windows, and doors. I could feel the dawn as the slow winds made the leaves of my banyan tree move near my window.

My neighbor Mrs. Vishwakarma would sometimes set out for her office, and then come down the stairs thoughtfully. She was happy to have the opportunity to walk towards her chartered bus and dedicate a new day to her work. People are moving enthusiastically towards their daily chores, even though it is now sun shining.

This is how you, I, or anyone else start their mornings. Every morning, we should ask a straightforward question. It is a simple question: “What am I grateful for?” You have probably heard that every day should begin with gratitude. This is the easiest way to do it.

This simple question can be asked for several days straight and we will feel like we are on top of the world every day. We will bring more gratitude into our lives as we begin to see the world and our life as full of good things.

While we all have many things to be thankful for, it is easy to get distracted by the problems in our lives. This will help us to shift our focus. We can also consider changing how we start the day. It is possible to encourage yourself to start your day more peacefully and quietly than in the past.

Do not turn on the TV or computer right away. The computer is often the first thing that we do each morning. Computer is not something you should do right after you wake up. It is not healthy to start your day with too much information overload.

Enjoy your coffee or breakfast for 30 minutes. It is one of the most unhealthy things you can do. Even though you may not realize it, the news can have a huge negative effect on your health. The news generally covers everything wrong in the world, and it is often the first thing that you see in the morning. Our minds are very open to the news in the morning, so we must recognize this. If you have been watching TV, do not turn it on.

You can listen to music or other uplifting sounds. Use an alarm that plays music. You can find uplifting songs and peaceful melodies. Suppose you listen to inspirational/uplifting material right when you wake up. In that case, you will eventually condition that message into your mind and connect it with waking up in the morning.

Yoko Ono said it best: Smile in front of the mirror. You’ll notice a significant improvement in your daily life if you do this every day.
